It's good to give God glory for the things He does in our lives. Sometimes we overlook things that we ought to be thanking Him boisterously for. I wonder how that makes Him feel?
So I just wanted to let everyone how God miraculously paid off almost a hundred dollars worth of debt that we had recently. We received a bill and phoned the company to be sure of the exact total, including interest etc., etc., so we could pay this off in full because God had already provided the money to do so and we believe in paying our debts as a testimony to our integrity in Him. When I spoke to the woman, she confirmed the initial total. I then asked her to be sure that it included all applicable interest and pay-off costs. She opened our account to be sure and became confused.
"It says here you have a zero balance," she said.
"Really? But didn't you just read me the bill total for $98?"
"Yeah, let me go get my supervisor," she responded. In a few minutes she returned and said, "Well, you don't owe anything to us now. You're bill has been paid in full and you have a zero balance."
THANK YOU, JESUS! We are so excited for this miracle of debt cancellation. Now the money that had been provided can be used for other things. I praise the Lord that we still serve a God who performs miracles for His people.
